FLEA MARKET OPERATING RULES & GUIDELINES
Our Spring Flea Market will be held on Saturday, April 27th, 2024, at the Main Pavilion, Clackamas County Fairgrounds/Event Center, 694 N.E. 4th Ave., Canby, Oregon. Flea market operating hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Vendors may begin set-up between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm on Friday, April 26th, 2024. Saturday setup begins at 7:00 am and all vendors must be set up no later than 8:30 am. We encourage set-up Friday pm.
Spaces are assigned at time of application.
Vendors must maintain their space in a safe and clean manner. They must remove their own garbage and leave their space clean after the flea market. Vendor spaces must be cleared by 4:00 pm Saturday.
The “Free Table” near the end of the event is for you to place items which someone else may be interested in or may use. It is not for broken, damaged or “garbage” items.
Vendors may not block the entrance/exit doorways of the facility. Tables and display items must be within the space assignment.
There will be no moving of vendor spaces during flea market hours.
Items stored under display tables should be stored in a neat and attractive manner.
Parking for vendors is not allowed around the Main Pavilion during the open hours of the market. Parking is available across 4th Avenue.
